Product License
This license applies to digital files you obtain from ALLORNOTHINGHQ, such as spreadsheets, documents, printable files, Obsidian vaults, guides and models. It does not replace the license of any open-source software we publish; that software is governed by its own license. If a product page states different terms, the product page controls for that product.
What you may do
With each purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- use the files yourself, for personal use or in your own business or organization;
- edit and customize the files for that use;
- print copies for that use;
- share finished work you create with the files, such as a filled-in log, a customized procedure or a report for your clients, customers or employees;
- keep backup copies for your own use.
A purchase covers one person or one business, unless the product page says it covers a team or a number of users. If more people need access, buy additional licenses or write to us about a team license.
What you may not do
- Resell, sublicense, rent, lend or give away the files, in whole or in part, or as part of a bundle or another product.
- Share the files with people who have not licensed them, or post them publicly, on a file-sharing site, in a group, a repository or a marketplace.
- Offer the files, or lightly edited versions of them, as templates, PLR/MRR, "done-for-you" packs or competing products.
- Remove copyright notices, license notes or the product name from the files.
- Claim the files as your own original product.
- Use the files in a way that breaks the law or another person's rights.
Included third-party material
Some products include fonts, icons or other third-party material under their own licenses, for example the SIL Open Font License. Each product lists such material where it applies. Those licenses govern that material.
Updates and support
We may release updates, and we will tell you how to get them from the checkout where you bought the product. We fix real defects. We are not required to add features. See the Support page.
Ownership
We and our licensors own the files and the rights in them. Your own data, entries and finished work remain yours.
AI-generated material
Some products include text, layout or code produced with the help of AI tools and reviewed by a person. Parts of a work that were generated by AI may not be eligible for copyright protection under current US guidance, and we claim rights in our own selection, arrangement, writing and edits. See the AI use statement.
Ending the license
The license ends if you break these terms. When it ends, you must stop using the files and delete copies, except finished work you have already made. A refund under the Refund Policy also ends the license for that product.
