Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use allornothinghq.com or buy a product from ALLORNOTHINGHQ ("we", "us"). We are operated by ALLORNOTHINGHQ LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By using the site or buying a product you agree to these terms and to the Product License, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy the products.
1. The website
The website provides information about our products. You may browse it for lawful, personal or business purposes. You may not interfere with it, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it at a rate that harms it, or use it to send spam or malware.
We try to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that the site is free of errors, always available, or up to date.
2. Purchases
Products are sold through third-party checkouts and marketplaces. Their terms, prices, taxes and payment handling apply to your purchase, together with these terms. We may change or stop selling a product, and we may change prices for future purchases. We do not collect payment details on this site.
If a product page and a checkout page disagree, tell us. Please check the product description, the format and the software required before you buy.
3. Licenses and ownership
Products are licensed, not sold. The Product License says what you may do with the files. We and our licensors keep all rights not granted to you. The ALLORNOTHINGHQ name, logo and website content are ours and may not be used in a way that suggests we endorse you or your products.
Software we publish under an open-source license is governed by that license. A paid license for extra features, if offered, has its own terms shown at the time of purchase.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use our products. Templates and tools organize your information; they do not replace professional judgment. See the Disclaimers. Keep backups of your own data. Do not use a product in a way that breaks the law or harms others.
5. No warranty
Products and the site are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Some places do not allow some of these exclusions, so some may not apply to you.
We do stand behind our products in practice: if a file is defective, tell us and we will repair, replace or refund it under the Refund Policy.
6. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, ALLORNOTHINGHQ and its owner are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or business interruption, arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Third-party content and links
The site and products may mention or link to third-party products, services and websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for them. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners; use of a name does not mean affiliation or endorsement.
8. Reporting problems and infringement
If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, or you find a problem, write to [email protected] with enough detail for us to find and assess it.
9. Ending access
We may suspend or end your license and access, without refund where the law allows, if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms or the Product License, for example by sharing or reselling files.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Florida have jurisdiction over disputes, except where the law of your place of residence gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the problem informally.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. A change applies to purchases and use after the date it is posted.
